“I'm going to be honest, I was pleasently surprised mainly because, I booked the room I stayed in without looking at any reviews, once I looked at them I was a bit sceptical but having stayed for 3 nights I would 100% recommed to someone. Location is great, 30 second walk from La Rambla. The staff were really friendly. The room was pretty much spotless. If you're looking for value for money, this is definitely somewhere to consider staying.”

“I don’t understand the bad reviews… what do people expect? 3* hotel service at a 1* hostel price? My experience at the hostel was amazing. Best price in the city (literally), clean room, clean shared amenities (as clean as they can be for a hostel with shared toilet/kitchen), the staff is so lovely and the lady speaks English at the reception, which is very helpful. They offered to keep our luggage which we appreciated a lot. Location is 11/10, on La Rambla, can’t get better than this. Very good value, will be back 100%!”
“This place is for the unfussy traveler who'd rather spend their money on food, drink, smoke and entertainment. Best part is: you're in the middle of everything! I spent 9 days here in a room with a private bathroom. The room was clean and safe; the bed was comfy and the shower water hot; housekeeping would fix the bed and provide fresh towels; though I wouldn't recommend it to someone who's a light sleeper. While guests are generally quiet, you can hear people walking down the hall. If you want to be in the most exciting part of Barcelona and enjoy the nightlife without spending lots of money – come here – you won't regret it!”
